The Monks on You Tube

The Monks are/were one of the greatest bands ever! You don't have to take my word for it as there is now this great site www.youtube.com that has clips of all manner of things and three (oh heavenly) songs by the Monks. The Monks were all ex US servicemen who stayed on in Germany to become beat stars - playing a loud, bass heavy trance-like sound that predated bands like the Fall by God knows how many years.
