Animals & Men driving stupid
Us rehearsing in 2007 at the Handsome Llama rehearsal rooms Frome with Bos on bass and Rache on violin drums by Geoff. This was aa work in progress at the time. We finished up doing it faster. If you go here you can hear the eventual release.
Back in 1998
Back in 98 they were celebrating the bicentennial of the Irish rebellion of 1798. Problem was Malta was celebrating their anniversary too and pretty much every reenactor of this period opted for Malta. Me and my mate Al were persuaded to help out specifically the Northern Ireland aspect of the Rebellion first of all was a tv programme called News of the 98 which was done in a reportage style with the anchor man wearing a flak jacket interviewing participants. It was for the local Ulster tv. You can watch it here. It was enjoyable and we made some good friends but it was a bit hairy at times working with reenactors from both sides of the border and being English meant we had to tread carefully. I am on the left of the picture. It was filmed at the Ulster American Folkpark which is a stunning collection of old buildings that had been restored and relocated - the perfect setting.

Yate Stars and stripes club. Saw quite a few punk bands there. I heard the council were trying to make it less boring for kids as it was a town with a high suicide count.

Medieval Madness pinball.
Medieval Madness is a Williams pinball machine released in June 1997. Designed by Brian Eddy and programmed by Lyman Sheats, it had a production run of 4,016 units. It is often regarded by many to be the greatest pinball machine of all time.
