These impressive images are from a training weekend in the Urals. Lovely location with the classic buildings you might expect from this part of the world. Film footage here.Actually the last reenactment I took part in was a Russian unit of this period but based in the UK. I feel a bit guilty that we didn't follow it up but it was based in Yorkshire and that seemed a long way away - not as far away as Russia mind you but I am a bit parochial.
