Bus on Wells Hill Radstock early 1900s

I run a Facebook group Old Radstock and I posted this pic and got this reply by John Hitchings

"This is one of many publicity photographs taken for Bath Tramways who were experimenting with the use of newfangled motor buses to feed their tram system.

The bus is a 25hp Milnes-Daimler delivered to Bath Tramways in September 1905 and the photo would date to around that time.

The bus service between Midsomer Norton, Radstock and Glasshouse wouldn’t start for another couple of years."

This is the same type of bus. He says
"One of the original six Milnes-Daimlers bought by the company in 1905."
