Wiki I wasn't a Monkees fan as I liked the Beatles and thought they were a rip off and I knew Mickey Dolenz from Circus boy so I knew they were fake but Susan really liked them. They were certainly popular. I like their music now as it is all really well crafted pop with great songwriting and performances.
