Susan's Grandmother was from Cork as was her Mother. Fennell's Bay is delightful. You can watch the ships - the last ever photo of the Titanic was taken at Fennel's Bay I think. We visited several times. Susan's mother Jean lost her Irish accent. Susan's Gran remembered the Black and Tans and that era. Susan's Grandmother Florence came to live in Frome in her later years. When we had a record out she would buy copies and send them to relatives that she corresponded with. The record shop said "you have a fan. A little old Irish lady". We smiled.
