Who remembers this one? I think its from 1969 but I am not sure.

Liverpool used to have a reputation for being rough and songs like this probably contributed. (I am not saying the song is bad). Written by folk musician Stan Kelly-Bootle. Our son and Grandson live in Liverpool and they have a pretty good life.
