I have always enjoyed the film adaptation of this famous novel so I thought I would read the book. Luckily it's available as a free download here.
Heard this on the radio last night and was reminded of the fact that we bought this.
Great record. I think it was unreleased at the time.

Love this tune. Not contemporary with the timeline of the film but who cares? Used in the Bowie/Deneuve film the Hunger too.

Do you remember this? I am pretty sure we bought it. Song came into my head when we were drinking in L.A. which was Boddingtons strangely enough.
One of my favourite Bo Diddley singles. Geoff Barker used to do this great rock'n'roll show on the radio and he announced that he couldn't figure out what the girl singers were singing and I must admit I was banjaxed but a couple of weeks later someone announced it was 'Ooh girl I'm so glad' so now we know. Miss that show though.
"It's for You" is a song written by John Lennon and Paul McCartney of the Beatles for Cilla Black for whom it was a UK Top Ten hit in 1964. The song is mainly a McCartney composition.
