When we first got married not only did we have 2 pinballs we also had Brigitte an African clawed toad (Xenopus) and Ludella her friend. We kept them in a large tank. They eventually went to Rode Bird Gardens in their reptile section. Historically they used to be kept in Doctor's surgeries in the 30s as they were effective pregnancy testers. There are a few colonies of escapees living in the UK. My brother still has a tank of dwarf ones.
