I am old school enough to be a bit suspicious of these
energy drinks - they're banned in many countries. The French Scientific Committee concluded that Red Bull has excessive amounts of caffeine. They also can contain
taurine - why is it called that? It was first found in Ox bile, that's why. Ugh.
